Booking & Payments All Reiki sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once your appointment is confirmed, your time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment cannot be refunded. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your session and no cancellation has been made, the session is considered a no-show, and the full amount is non-refundable. Lateness If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show. Energy Sensitivity & Well-Being Reiki sessions are a supportive, spiritual healing practice and do not replace medical or psychological treatment. By booking, you acknowledge that you are physically and emotionally able to participate in energy work. Distance Reiki For online/remote Reiki, please ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. You may experience warmth, tingling, relaxation, emotional release or visions — all of these are normal responses to energy healing. Respect & Safe Space I hold every session with love, integrity and confidentiality. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
